Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy covers the FoundRank.ai Portal, the business software we provide to service businesses (the "Portal"). It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the businesses that use the Portal (our "customers") and to the people who contact those businesses through it, such as callers and website visitors.
Information we collect
When a business signs up for the Portal, we collect:
- Business details: name, address, license number, and contact information.
- Account details: the name, email, and role of each person the business adds as a user.
- Records the business keeps in the Portal: customer names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, leads, quotes, invoices, and messages sent through the Portal.
When someone contacts a business that uses the Portal (by calling, texting, or filling out a form), we collect the caller's phone number, name if given, and the content of the call or message, so the business can follow up.
How we use this information
- To operate the Portal: routing calls, sending text replies, storing leads and customer records, generating quotes and invoices.
- To send account and service notices, such as a new lead alert or a support reply.
- To keep the Portal secure and working correctly.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising unrelated to the Portal.
Text messages (SMS)
If you contact a business through the Portal and receive an automated text message back, that message comes from the business you contacted, sent through our platform. Message frequency depends on your conversation with that business. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from that business, or HELP for help. We honor opt-outs immediately and keep a record of them.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the services that help us run the Portal:
- Twilio, to place and receive calls and text messages.
- Stripe, to process payments, for businesses that use invoicing (Stripe handles card data directly; we never see full card numbers).
- Resend, to deliver account and notification emails.
- Cloudflare, to host the Portal and store its data securely.
We do not share information with other third parties except as needed to comply with the law, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers and their users.
Data retention and security
We keep records for as long as a business's account is active, plus a reasonable period after to support data export or legal requirements. We use encryption in transit and restrict who can access customer data internally. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected businesses if we learn of a breach involving their data.
Your choices
If you are a customer of a business using the Portal and want to stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. If you want your information removed from a specific business's records, contact that business directly. If you are a business using the Portal and want to export or delete your account's data, contact us using the information below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Portal changes. We will update the effective date above when we do, and post material changes here.
